How to Chose a Short Sale Realtor in Roseville

It seems like every Realtor in Roseville is claiming to be a Short Sale Specialist or the #1 Real Estate Agent.  In reality there are a handful of Roseville Realtors that are actually capable of selling your home as a short sale.
