As a Roseville short sale agent for years, I know that banks will drive you crazy with requests:  They’ll need a BPO, a financial breakdown, updated pay-stubs, hardship letters, and sometimes letters of explanation.  For most real estate agents it’s enough to drive them bonkers and go back to selling only traditional, equity sales!

Experienced short sale agents understand how to keep the bank’s requests organized and how best to prepare short sale sellers.  Roseville short sale sellers must be prepared to provide the bank (in a timely manner) with the paperwork necessary to get their short sale approved.  I’d be lying if I said it didn’t take a bit of effort on behalf of the short sale seller, but without seller cooperation, a short sale isn’t going to happen!
