I write a lot of Rocklin real estate blogs. I’m usually updating you on market conditions, home selling tips, and hot new listings. Today however, I want to talk about what it means to me to sell homes in the community that I love…Rocklin!
I’m a proud Rocklin resident. I live in Stanford Ranch, my kids go to school a 3 min. walk away, and they play little-league at Twin-Oaks Park. I love watching them play with their friends that live on our street, shooting hoops on our driveway, and riding their bikes. My favorite way to unwind from a long, busy real estate day is to do Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and you’ll often find me at our local jiu jitsu school, Infinite. Unless it’s 4th Thursday of the month on a summer night….then you’ll find me at Springview Park enjoying Food Truck Mania!
Rocklin is that perfect mix of small meets big town. It’s really NOT small with about 60,000 residents, but it somehow has that friendly town feel when I see not less than 3 people I know at Starbucks or the grocery store. The public schools are just about all AWESOME with loving, caring, and creative teachers. It’s full of trees and is beautiful and hilly (lots of homes with great views) and it boarders Roseville which has THE BEST shopping and resources in close proximity within 100 miles.
How lucky am I to work in my town? It’s a wonderful life! I’ve been selling real estate full-time for more than 16 years. I’ve seen just about every situation and problem that can arise and know how to direct my clients and give them a great experience in an often stressful time.
