You’ve spent countless hours getting your Roseville home ready for sale and the first offer is LOW…Such a disappointment!  Hopefully you’re working with an experienced Roseville real estate agent who knows how to parlay this offer into something much better!

Let me tell you why getting ANY offer on your home for sale is a GOOD thing.  When you have an offer, you have leverage.  Your agent gets to tell all the other agents and buyers out there, that there IS an offer on the property.  This encourages them to hurry up and make their own offer.  Plus, they know that there is already someone else very interested.  They have NO idea what their offer actually is but they do know that they want to beat it, so they will put their best foot forward.

Lucky for you, you now have multiple offers!  Your Roseville real estate agent will counter offer ALL the offers.  The counter is an opportunity for all the potential buyers to give their FINAL and BEST offer.  You get to “cherry-pick” your favorite offer!

Multiple offers puts you, the seller, in control.  This often happens as a result of those first, low offers.  That is why you should never flat out reject an offer or feel offended.  Just use it to your advantage!
