It was a Merry Christmas for both the buyers and sellers of this Elk Grove short sale with Chase bank! The sellers who were relocating got out from under a house they could no longer use and the buyers scored on a great home that they will be renting out to support their retirement. This Elk Grove short sale had a few challenges, as most short sales do.
