What’s not to love about Granite Bay? With top-notch schools, lovely homes, and beautiful scenery, Granite Bay is at the top of many buyer’s wish lists. It also happens to be a high-end area where homes have big price tags.

Last week I met my $800K buyer clients to check out a HOT new listing in the Douglas Ranch neighborhood of Granite Bay. It was the first day on the market and we rushed over on their lunch break. The home is terrific, full of amenities, and they LOVE it! Best of all, after checking out over 20 homes in the last couple of months, we plan to write an offer!

As we walk out the front doors of this fabulous Granite Bay home, this is what awaits. Four more groups of buyers lined up to take a look! Down the street, two more groups are coming. Needless to say this home is a popular listing and despite the price tag, it’s still a great deal!
