      1. Availability. I work every day, 16 hours a day. I love my job and will answer the call or email of my clients, buyers, and other agents to ensure my client’s home gets sold and all questions are answered.

      2. Negotiation. I’m the toughest negotiator out there. I am fair and want a win-win for all parties but will fight for what my clients want and need. This is especially important in short sales while negotiating with the lender.

      3. I am honest and forthright regarding any possible consequences of a short sale. I’ll tell you the good and the bad so that you can make the best decision for you.

      4. I have a 12 years of experience and a proven track record with over 650 homes sold in my career, many of them short sales.
