Elk Grove Real Estate Agent – Two More Short Sales Sold 
The bulk of my business has always been in Elk Grove. I’ve sold hundreds of Elk Grove homes during my 15 year career as a real estate agent. Last week I closed two more homes in Elk Grove, both short sales. If you can sell short sales, you can sell anything! Short sales are the toughest kind of sales because they are ever changing. Good real estate agents need to go with the flow a bit and that’s especially true for short sales!
9488 Windrift Lane is a BIG short sale accomplishment for me because it was a Calvet short sale. Calvet short sales are totally different from other short sales and their process is really different too. Calvet is farily new to short sales and this is the first one I listed and sold. So glad it closed so my veteran client can have this house behind him!
9708 Blansfield Way is another Elk Grove short sale I sold last week. This was a Wells Fargo short sale. I almost always have short sale success with Wells Fargo. Although they are a very large lender, and can sometimes be unorganized, I make sure to follow up regularly and make sure my clients are not pushed to the back burner. That’s really the key for Elk Grove real estate agents who want to sell short sales…Don’t take “NO” for an answer and don’t let your clients be forgotten by the lender.
