Here is my newest approved Roseville short sale. 1520 Impressionist Loop in Roseville is a short sale with Seterus Bank. Seterus is one of the smaller banks I have worked with and their short sale process isn’t as developed. Still, I was able to obtain a short sale approval in a reasonable amount time. Seterus approved this Roseville short sale for $197,000 and both buyer and seller are excited!
