Rocklin Highlands is a favorite neighborhood of mine because it gives off a great vibe!  Nature, views, and substantial homes are what I think when I think of Rocklin Highlands.  It's also in a great Rocklin location...just past East Roseville which gives this neighborhood close proximity to the best shopping and restaurants both Roseville and Rocklin have to offer.
