Sierra Oaks is centrally located in Sacramento and includes a consistent blend of nice to luxury homes.  Although I have seen a few fixers for less than $500,000 you can expect to pay $550,000-$700,000 for a typical home in the area and over $1,000,000 for the best this neighborhood has to offer!  Neighborhood highlights include access to the American River bike trail, easy freeway access, and a friendly park that all your little ones will enjoy.  It’s close to fabulous shopping at Pavilions and Loehmann’s Plaza with great restaurants like Bandera, Roxy, Ruth Chris, and Piatti.  Love tennis? You’d love Rio Del Oro Racquet Club.  It’s also home to highly ranked Sierra Oaks Elementary School.
