    1. Availability. I work every day, 16 hours a day. I love my job and will answer the call or email of my clients, buyers, and other agents to ensure my client’s home gets sold and all questions are answered.

    2. Negotiation. I’m the toughest negotiator out there. I am fair and want a win-win for all parties but will fight for what my clients want and need. This is especially important in short sales while negotiating with the lender.
