Sacramento Short Sales-Great Deals or Nightmarish Ordeals?

I’m sure you have heard the stories about Short Sales and what they entail.  I have sold some short sales that take about as long as a traditional sale and are a great deal, even compared to foreclosures.  Then, there are the six months wait, only to have the bank foreclose and leave my buyer hanging.  The worst part is, you never know what you are going to get.  You don’t know whether your short sale dream home will be a slam-dunk or a headache.
