Average Days on the Market: Average days on the market for Rocklin homes increased last month 24.8% and are now on the market an average of 126 days before an offer is accepted.

Average Sold Price: The average price of a SOLD home in Rocklin during February 2011 was $314,000. This is up $29,000 from the month before and higher than one year ago.
